Convivial environnent and local cuisine

Savour a traditional Alsatian cuisine in our restaurant in Thannenkirch. Our Chef, Jean-Louis Biechler, and his team propose local dishes as well as famous French recipes. 

Munster Toasts (Munster is a local cheese), Pikeperch fillet with Sauerkraut, the “Coq au Riesling” which is a Rooster cooked in white wine and served with Spätzele (local pasta), Sauerkraut, Baeckaoffa (local specialty). These are the main local specialties Alsace is famous for. 

We buy local produce whenever possible. The aromatic herbs used by our Chef come from our organic garden. 

Practical information

Open every day except Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for lunch.
Hours of Operation:
Lunch: 12.15pm to 1.30pm
Diner: 7.00pm to 8.30pm

If you are choosing the half-board formula, a menu from the market is elaborated every day.
