The Stoeckel family is strongly attached to her region and environment. The hotel is a member of the "Hotels au Naturel des Parcs Naturels Regionaux de France" since 2001.
The hotel applies on a daily basis an efficient water and waste management. We also try to favor local products for our restaurant.
