Booking Conditions

To secure your reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email.

For any cancellation or modification of date, we will charge a 25€ fee.

For any cancellation made between 45 and 15 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

For any cancellation made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

For any cancellation made between 7 and the day of arrival, 75% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Any shortened stay has to be paid in full.
